Bethlehem heritage tour
About This Tour
Bethlehem has more to offer than only the Church of Nativity! What about combining the traditional pilgrimage route and the church (both registered on the UNESCO world heritage list) with a visit to a Palestinian traditional home to learn about Palestinian embroidery (tatreez) And a visit to a music instrument maker who makes 'ud and qanun. We can eat falafel and drink tea with the famous Sami! Explore the suq and then have coffee at Singer Cafe where my husband roasts the coffee and you get the best cappuccino in the whole country! Of course we can see some of Banksy's graffiti's and if the Walled Off Hotel is open, we can visit the Museum. If you are interested in Arak, we may visit a Palestinian Arak distillery and have a taste and learn about the history of alcohol in general and Arak in particular! Minimum 4 people or minimum 400 dollar
